BioShock: The Collection Adds 4K Support For Xbox One X

Bioshock: The Collection recently released on the Nintendo Switch on May 29, but 2K surprised Xbox One X owners recently when various sources stated that Bioshock: The Collection now has support for 4K resolution. With the recent patch that got released, the game is currently labelled as “Xbox One X Enhanced” on the Microsoft Store.

A video on YouTube posted by VG Tech says the game is now being rendered at a native resolution of 3840×2160 on the Xbox One X, still running at 60fps as before.

Still, fans remarked a few issues with this new update. First is the HDR, its support isn’t in place for BioShock 1 and 2, while a judder glitch – different from fps – is also causing some problems for some with the Xbox One X version at the moment.

2K has yet to comment on these issues, but I’m sure they’re working on a fix. Is BioShock: The Collection running well on your Xbox One X? Let me know in the comment section below.
